We work with career changers, executives, neurodivergent professionals, and values-led leaders ready to simplify complexity and elevate impact. Whether in their personal lives, their professional focus or their business strategies. Many of our clients are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or seeking psychologically safe spaces to grow with intention.

Yes. We partner with organisations to provide clarity-driven consultancy, leadership mentoring, and operational alignment. We typically partner with 10 organisations per quarter.
How do you maintain quality across both individual and organisational work?
Just like executives manage a span of control, we manage the number of clients we actively partner with to ensure every engagement gets the attention it deserves. Whether we’re leading complex organisational change or providing 1:1 mentoring, the foundation is the same: trust, clarity, and integrity. We prioritise transparent communication and only take on what we have the bandwidth to deliver at a high standard. When needed, we can draw from a trusted network of fractional Chiefs of Staff and experienced mentors, ensuring quality is never compromised, but we only do this when the nature of the topic or scope of work allows us for it.
What outcomes can I expect?
Clients leave with practical clarity, stronger decision-making confidence, improved transparency across executive leadership teams, completed programs. We focus on measurable outcomes tied to your goals and strategy. That is why we work based on an assignment-basis and not tied to hours.

Executive coaching focuses on you. Strategic mentoring focuses beyond, including your systems supporting you. We redesign how you operate, beyond directing your thinking through questions.
How do I book a session or discovery call?

Do you offer packages or one-off sessions?
Yes. We offer both one-off sessions for quick clarity and tailored packages for deeper transformation. All packages include guidance, tools, and optional check-ins.
Is this suitable if I’m neurodivergent or highly sensitive?
Absolutely. We bring lived experience of neurodiversity and design all engagements with psychological safety, empathy, and clear communication at the core.
How is mentoring different from coaching or therapy?
IMentoring with us combines strategic insight with lived experience. It’s future-focused, action-oriented, and structured to help you move from “what now?” to “what’s next.” It is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
How is Life Mentor Global different from using AI tools or generic coaching platforms?
At Life Mentor Global, you’re it’s not generic, templated advice or AI-generated content, although we do encourage using AI first, so we can add value beyond. In fact, we regularly challenge our own value creation by where AI can do better - even sharing prompts with you if you wish to try beforehand.
